Quip Battle is pure comedy. Every round, the board shows a silly prompt and each player writes whatever answer they like on their phone.
Then the room votes for the funniest. There are no wrong answers — only bragging rights — which makes it the easy on-ramp for anyone who swears they're "bad at trivia." It comes with its own family-friendly prompts, so no pack is needed.
How to play Quip Battle
- Choose Quip Battle. Start a game on the board and pick Quip Battle. Prompts are built in.
- Read the prompt. Everyone sees the same silly prompt on the big screen.
- Write your quip. Type the funniest answer you can think of on your phone.
- Vote. All the answers appear and the room votes for its favourite.
- Crown the comedian. Votes become points, and the funniest player takes the podium.
Tips
- Specific beats random — answers that reference the people in the room land hardest.
- Short answers read better on the big screen.
- Mix it in between trivia rounds to change the energy.
